When we asked you all if you had wines to sell, little did we realise that not only did some of you have some pretty amazing things you wanted to sell, but it seems like you’ve also been telling your friends.
The sale is here Fine Wines and Spirits and it is outstanding. The catalogue is viewable online, and virtually everything is now with us at EHD. Due to the weather and current situation, a number of things have come in later than we would like, so we are still taking photos.
From Lot 1 (Equipo Navazas La Bota) to Lot 702 (Penfolds RWT) the catalogue is an Aladdin’s cave of delicious drinking. Every single region represented sees some of the finest and rarest examples. Also there are a host of more affordable and everyday treats. A couple of highlights include Chateau Mouton Rothschild 1945, Vosne Romanee Les Brulees 2002 Domaine Rene Engel 12 bts and Romanee Conti 1990. The Champagne section is a fizz-lover’s delight, Northern Rhone is littered with superb stuff from Clape, Allemand and Gonon. Barolo-philes will love what we’ve got in Italy. Did I mention Australia? 707? RWT? Grange?
