One of the joys of being an agile business is that we can be flexible! When a couple of people contacted Bacchus and asked if there was any chance at all that we could squeeze their wines and spirits into the December sale, despite it having caused Chris some VERY long days organising, valuing and photographing it all, we are pleased to say that we have been able to do so.

It has been worthwhile because there are some very smart wines and spirits in the line-up. With the festive season upon us and cold nights ahead you need something warming so why not a bottle of one of those in the picture?

If you are inclined towards lower alcohol but still want something suitably festive then perhaps a Vintage Madeira?

Alongside our Lomelino Solera 1865 and Justino’s 1954 Verdelho, we can now offer you lot 3A – Leacock’s Terrantez 1954 with a bonus bottle of obscure port from Real Companhia Velha. If port is more to your taste, we are now offering Fonseca 2007, Taylors 2011, more Graham’s 2007 and three vintages of Quinta do Vesuvio.
